Born and raised in Long Beach, California, Saxophonist / Flutist, Eddie Marshall has made Orlando, Florida his home since 1974.

From 1974 to 1999, Marshall has been an on-staff employee of Walt Disney World. He has been a soloist with the Florida Symphony and the Brevard Symphony; directed the Florida All-State High School Jazz Band and has conducted jazz clinics for local schools and for Walt Disney World.

He is currently devoting time to leading his own band, Time Out and has recorded for Song-o-sau'rus.

Although trained as a classical clarinetist, studying at Long Beach State University, Marshall's style now leans more towards jazz/contemporary music.

Jazz festivals where Marshall has made appearances include St. Augustine, Jacksonville, Orlando as well as the prestigious Spoleto Festival in North Carolina. Musicians with whom he has performed reads like a Who's Who of jazz: Steve Reid, Bobby Shew, Henri Mancini, Mel Torme, Dave Grusin, Ira Sullivan, Buddy Defranco, Maureen McGovern, Billy Eckstein, Ben Vereen and Rob McConnel. He has appeared from Saudi Arabia to Peru and has played for the President of the United States to elementary school students.
